Here is a quick step-by-step flow on how to successfully integrate the Ashby Connector app.
1. Start installation:
Login to your Freshservice account and go to Marketplace Apps.
Search and select the Ashby Connector app using the Search apps option
Click Install to open the app configuration page.
2. Validate Freshservice credentials:
The first tab on the Configuration page is for validating Freshservice credentials.
The Domain URL and API key fields are auto-populated. Ensure that your Freshservice API Key is enabled before initiating the installation.
3. Configure Ashby settings:
After the Freshservice connection is validated, the next step is to configure Ashby Connector settings.
Enter your API Key details to connect your Ashby account.
4. Activate Alerts:
After Ashby connection is successful, the next step is to activate alerts.
Enable Alerts and add recipient email IDs to receive email notifications on any errors that are detected within the configured recipes.
5. Complete installation:
After all the details are validated, click Install to complete the installation.
