1. Get full visibility into Freshdesk subscriptions, spend and user data.
2. Ensure license compliance, receive accurate spend and usage reports, optimize costs, and manage renewals.
3. Get Information on Freshdesk utilization, spend and user data.
4. Prevent any negative effects of shadow IT and create additional layers of security.

1. Log into your Binadox account.
2. In the navigation pane on the left, click Integrations. Proceed to the SaaS tab. Click on the Freshdesk icon.
3. Indicate a unique connection instance name for further differentiation. Click Continue.
4. Enter an API key into the API Key field. Indicate your Freshdesk domain name in the Domain field. Click Continue.
5. Fill in the billing information. Click on the calendar icon to specify the date the bill for application services is issued. Select a payment plan and a billing period in the corresponding drop-down lists. Click Connect.
6. Freshdesk is successfully connected.
