With the Freshdesk CRM telephony connector, incoming and outgoing calls will generate on-screen notifications on your PC. These include customer information contained within Freshdesk, and you also have the ability to open the Company en Contact card directly from these notifications.
Bubble has a number of unique features. The information displayed in the pop-up, as well as the buttons themselves, can be fully customized based on the end user’s requirements. You also get the pop-up notification when a call is transferred to you from another colleague. By default, the Freshdesk connector is equipped with the function to automatically log calls in the activity archive. If the phone number occurs more than once, it is possible to show multiple results with the ‘multi result functionality’ in Bubble.
The Freshdesk connector is part of the Bubble telephony integration from Red Cactus and supports almost every phone system.
