1 Copy the API key from your Freshsales account by heading over to settings.
2. Head over to https://callroot.com/app/integrations and click on connect next to Freshsales.
3. Pase the API key, CRM domain and email ID registered with Frehsales.
4. This is it! new leads will be created into your Freshsales account, if a call comes from an unknown source and an call activity will be created.
