Vendors can add the FreshChat integration by selecting the Integrations tab from the Settings area and click the Manage button next to the Freshworks integration. Press the Enabled button at the top of the page that is shown and press New Connection. Enter the relevant Freshworks credentials and press OK to establish the connection.
From the Freshworks Admin area, find and copy the FreshChat widget embed HTML and in the Configuration area of the Channelyze Freshworks integration, paste the HTML into the field titled "Specify the widget embed HTML". Press the <- (Back) button at the top left of the page. Now when partners log in to the vendor portal, they will see the FreshChat icon at the bottom right of the page.
