Create new tasks or link them directly from Freshdesk tickets to existing tasks in ClickUp.
Select a workspace and choose between Spaces, Folders, Lists, and Assignees to create tasks directly.
Synchronize the logged time from Freshdesk with the linked task in ClickUp.
Update Freshdesk tickets by sending comments from linked tasks in ClickUp as private/public notes to Freshdesk
or by sending Freshdesk ticket notes to the linked task.
You can add or link multiple tasks per ticket. Tasks in ClickUp include:
- Task Name: Ticket ID and ticket subject
- Task Description: Ticket description, ticket URL, agent comment
- Ticket Tags

To install the app:
Find your Freshdesk domain name. It can be copied from address bar while your Freshdesk site is open or find under Admin->Helpdesk Settings
Find your Freshdesk API key. Here is a link on how to do this

(Note: The API key from Click Up should be chosen from a person which is an Admin in the related Workspace you want to connect)
*Ensure that both API-Keys belong to the respective platforms' Account Admin/Admin.*
Paste the information in the related fields during app installation and you are set.
After installation to start creating or linking ClickUp tasks to your Freshdesk tickets, just open an existing ticket in Freshdesk. The app will be available on the right sidebar while a ticket is open.
