Add Notes and Attachments (Optional): Customize your cloned ticket by adding notes and attachments. Choose between ‘Mandatory’ or ‘Optional’ options to include these elements. 5. Validation Made Easy: Click on the ‘Validate’ button, and our app will ensure your credentials are correct and successfully validate your access. 6.
