ConnectWise ScreenConnect allows you to create screen sharing session with another user. The invitation can be sent via email or by sharing the one time code/shareable link directly to the user. Enter the session name with the prefix configured in the application settings and suffix with Freshservice ticket ID. How to use: * Click on Join button to start the session. * If the ScreenConnect client setup was already done, the client app will be opened. Otherwise, it automatically downloads the ScreenConnect.ClientSetup for installation. * Once the guest joins the session with the shared link/code, the session starts and the guest screen is visible in the ScreenConnect client
