The Copper CRM Connector app seamlessly integrates Freshchat/CSS and Copper CRM, enhancing data flow and operational efficiency.

With the data sync feature, you can do the following:
Data sync from Copper CRM to Freshchat/CSS:
1. Generate reports on Freshchat/CSS based on Copper CRM data.
2. Run automation on Freshchat/CSS conversations using Copper CRM information.
Data sync from Freshchat/CSS to Copper CRM:
1. Keep the sales team in sync with data from Freshchat/CSS.
2. Run reports on Copper CRM using data from Freshchat/CSS conversations.
1. Install the App:
- Go to Admin → Marketplace Apps and search for ‘Copper CRM Connector App’.
- Click on Install and connect your account.
2. Connect Freshchat:
- Enter your Freshchat & CRM domain and API keys from Admin -> API settings
- Select the agents who will have access to the Insightly CRM configuration.
- Click 'Install'. Once the app installation is complete, navigate to the full-page app on the left navigation bar.
