* In the reply dialog box of Freshchat, an app will be created.
* When the agent clicks on the app icon, a list of surveys will be displayed based on
the app's configuration.
* The agent can choose a survey and insert the survey link into the reply dialog box
by clicking the insert icon.
* A sidebar app will be built in Freshchat to display the survey responses based on
the customer’s email address.
* By default, the app will display the two most recent survey responses.
There will be a "view more" button to display all previous responses.When the
agent clicks on a specific survey, complete information about the survey will be
shown, including the survey title, score (e.g., 3/10), comment, and updated date.
Additionally, the app will provide a Delighted redirect URL to navigate to the
Delighted portal for a comprehensive view of the responses.
1. Login as an Admin in your Freshchat account
2. Go to Apps>>Delighted
3. Click the “Install” button.
4. Enter the Freshchat Account details.
5. Follow the steps to Add survey:
* Enter required details for the “Add Survey” section
* Enable the survey to display in the app for the agent to send the survey
* Select the check box to automatically send the selected survey to the customer
once the ticket is resolved.
* Click the install button.
