The Freshdesk/Freshservice MCP integration enables AI-powered ticket management automation by allowing Dust AI agents to directly interact with your Freshservice help desk system. This integration transforms support operations by providing intelligent automation, faster resolution times, and improved customer experiences.
Key Use Cases
- Automated Ticket Resolution: AI agents can create, update, and respond to tickets automatically, reducing manual processing time from 6 minutes to seconds. They intelligently route tickets based on content analysis, generate responses using your knowledge base, and maintain consistent quality across all support interactions.
- Knowledge Base Augmentation: The integration automatically converts resolved tickets into searchable solution articles, maintains your knowledge base with up-to-date information, and generates FAQ content from common customer inquiries. This creates a self-improving support system that gets smarter over time.

What is End-User data?
Any information that is generated or provided by individuals while using your apps in connection with Freshworks products.
Does your app collect / process any End-User data?
Yes
What End-User data does your app collect/process?
Ticket information (if there's an end user name in it it will appear in our data)
What is the purpose of collecting/processing the data?
We're allowing our users to manage their Freshdesk tickets through Dust AI agents, meaning that they can access that data and process it though an AI agent. This is why we use the oAuth authentication instead of API key: we want to stay in the right level of permission and know which user has created/updated a ticket.
Does your app store any End-User data?
No
Does your app share End-User Data with any third party entities?
Not an Admin? Share this app with your admin to install it for you.
