In your FeatureOS account, go to your Admin Dashboard by clicking the Dashboard button next to your profile picture in the top right corner. 2. Click on Organization Settings → Advanced. You will find the SSO section 3. Click on Generate Install the FeatureOS app in Freshchat: Enter the FeatureOS API key and SSO key on the app installation page of Freshchat
