Bring your ticketing abilities to the console and stop switching to different platforms while assigning tickets to your team.
By integrating the widely used ITSM tool i.e Freshdesk with Centilytics, you can:
1. Sync all your tickets and view each of them from the dashboard.
2. Raise and handle the tickets directly from Centilytics' console.
3. Assign the ticketing forms as per individual customer.
Step - 1: Go to https://iris.centilytics.com/
Step - 2: Enter your email and password that you have configured with Centilytics. (Sign up for Centilytics if you haven't already!)
Step - 3: Go to the left menu and click on the settings icon and select "Integrations"
Step - 4: Select the freshdesk option to integrate it with the platform
Step - 5: Enter the required details:
API Key*: Your API Key
Page Name*: companyname_freshdesk
Domain Name*: Your Domain Name
Once you are done with details, click on Integrate.
Step - 6: Click on the support icon (below settings icon).
Step - 7: Select the support page which will open the dashboard corresponding to that.
Step - 8: Start raising tickets, monitor status, and handle each of them right from the console/app.
