User-Friendly Interface: Streamlined front-end application for ease of use. Constraints - Omnichannel-Only: The app works exclusively with Freshdesk Omnichannel and not standalone Freshdesk instances. - Message Limit: Maximum of 5,000 messages per campaign; rate limits depend on Freshchat's outbound messaging API and WhatsApp's platform. - Single Window Execution: Parallel app execution in multiple browser windows is unsupported. - Error Handling: Errors during campaign execution cannot be traced due to the browser-based design. Prerequisites: ***** Freshdesk Omnichannel Account with Custom Objects enabled ***** WhatsApp Business Account is Linked with Freshchat ***** Preapproved Proactive WhatsApp Template Constraints: ***** This application does not work with standalone Freshdesk instance. ***** Application is not suitable to send more than 5000 messages in single Campaign. ***** Number of messages sent are dependent on Platform rate limits of Request method, Entity Storage and Freshchat Outbound Messaging API. ***** Application does not support Parallel invocation of app in multiple browser window. ***** It is a front end app which runs in browser and any error occurred during campaign execution cannot be traced.
