This is a Timesheet app hosted in i4ware cloud that your employees can use to create monthly Timesheets and export them to either MS Excel or Open Office. This solution is especially useful if your customers require a Timesheet attached to their Invoice as there are a lot of companies that require detailed Time Reports with their invoice. This app contains built-in Timesheets and Timesheet for Freshdesk. Built-in Timesheets * Editable browser based Grid Timesheet à la MS Excel which you can use by just double clicking grid cells * An entire month's burn down chart about remaining work based on initial estimate * All users get their own personal Timesheet * MS Excel Reports with your company's print-quality logo * Automatically calculate cost of used work hours for customers and manually set price of work hours for every task. For example, if your employee works on a task for a customer in evenings then your employee would be able to set a higher price for these tasks * There are two user groups in this application and both get their own user interface: > a. Employer, who is an admin and can manage employee user accounts and has his/her own personal Timesheet like employees > b. Employee, who only has a personal Timesheet Timesheet for Freshdesk * Editable browser based Grid Timesheet à la MS Excel which you can use by just double clicking grid cells (However, a work hour log is only a report and must be edited and added via Freshdesk.) * Employer can see all agents' work hour logs in one Timesheet * MS Excel Reports with your company's print-quality logo * Cost of used work hours for customers is automatically calculated and exported to a MS Excel file (with 0% VAT only) * There are two types of users in this application: a. The Employer, a domain admin who can manage domain settings like Freshdesk API Key and URL, etc. b. The Employee, who can not change the settings mentioned above.
