1. Go to https://app.octoboard.com to create new account or to log into existing one
2. Select "Add Widget"
3. Select "Freshdesk" from the list of templates or metrics
4. Select metrics you want to add to the dashboard or pick a template
5. Securely connect to your Freshdesk account by entering Freshdesk details (including key)
Once these steps are complete you can share your new live Freshdesk dashboard with support teams
