The Tableau Dashboard offers a variety of filters to provide more detailed analysis. It also allows you to select specific values in order to perform comparative analysis.
Analysis coverage includes Ticket Analytics, Agent Productivity and Team Performance delivered through Tableau. This leverages your existing enterprise Tableau environment to deliver the reports and dashboards.
With the Tableau Dashboard, you can:
1. Get detailed insights into your Freshdesk activities available as easy-to-interpret visuals.

You can use this app to visualize the dashboard in Tableau account. First of all, the following information is required to configure the App.
- Freshdesk URL (organization.freshdesk.com)
- Freshdesk API Key.
Here's how you can get your API key:
i. Login to your Freshdesk Admin Account.
ii. Click on your Agent Avatar on the top right and select Profile Settings.
iii. On the right pane, you would find the API Key.
iv. Copy-paste this as required to authenticate third-party solutions.
