Physically, our AI-Agents are located in redundant technology centres in Dubai (U.A.E.), in Barcelona (Spain) and Frankfurt (Germany, compliant to the General Data Protection Regulation).
We provide a separate physical server for each customer and per every single Freshdesk domain name. The connection is made via the API interface available at Freshdesk.
For you as a customer this means that:
1. You simply have to provide us with your Freshdesk API key as well as with your Freshdesk domain name via our portal helpdesk.ai-works4u.com. We will take care of the rest.
2. The solution will then be available for you within the next 48 hours.
3. The following customizing is really simple and foolproof. Within just few hours you will be able to teach-in hundreds of documents by simply creating a ticket within the desired documents in your Freshdesk environment and by assigning them to our AI Agent.
4. After the successful teaching-in the ticket will be automatically closed by our AI Agent.
5. The documents are now ready for their productive identification.

3. You will receive your Freshdesk API Key and your Freshdesk URL – domain.freshdesk.com in the right area.
