1) Please log in as an Account admin/Admin into your Freshservice account
2) Go to Admin Settings > Support Channels > Phone
3) Click on 'Create new account' option to add a new Freshcaller account to your existing Freshservice account
4) To integrate your existing Freshcaller account to your Freshservice account, use the "Connect to your existing Freshcaller account" option.
4) Click on 'Manage your Freshcaller account' to directly login to Freshcaller and set up your call center.
