Handle your Freshdesk contacts from WhatsApp Web using the integration. The functioning of the extension are as follows:
Installation
-Find the extension of the Chrome Webstore and add the extension to the browser.
-Enter the Freshdesk credentials and click on 'Save' to enable the integration.
Add contacts
-Select a contact in WhatsApp Web and enter the name of the contact. Click on 'Create Freshdesk Contact' to create a new Freshdesk contact.
-View the contact inside Freshdesk using the extension.
-Create multiple Freshdesk contacts for a particular number from WhatsApp Web.
Tickets
-Create tickets within Freshdesk from WhatsApp Web.
-Enter the required details.
-Click on 'Create Freshdesk Ticket'.
-View all the tickets associated with the WhatsApp contact.
-View the ticket inside Freshdesk through the extension.
Contact details
-The details of the Freshdesk contacts can be viewed and updated inside WhatsApp Web.
Notes
-Create Notes for each ticket associated with a particular WhatsApp contact.
-View the list of Notes associated with a particular ticket.
