Manage your Freshsales contacts within WhatsApp Web using the integration. The operation and usage of the extension are as follows:
Installation
-Add the Chrome extension to your browser from the Chrome Webstore.
-Enter your Freshsales credentials and click on 'Save' to enable the integration.
Add contacts
-Select any contact in WhatsApp Web and enter the details required. Click on 'Create Freshsales Contact' to add the contact from WhatsApp Web into Freshsales.
-Click on 'Freshworks' to view the contact inside Freshsales.
Contact details
-View and update the details of the Feshsales contacts inside WhatsApp Web.
-Search for any required field within the integration to access the necessary details.
Notes
-Click on 'Notes' to view the notes under any contact.
-In order to add notes for the contact, click on 'Add Note', enter the notes and click on 'Save Note'.
