This app allows you to organize all your ticket attachments and access them from one common location
Once installed, the Attachment Management widget can be found in the ticket details section of your helpdesk.
When an agent receives an email with attachments, they will be able to immediately find and access the files in the widget. These files need do not need to be downloaded to be viewed, simply click on a file in the widget to open it in a new window. Once opened, the file can be downloaded and re-uploaded as required.
This app makes it easy for agents to locate and access attachments by displaying all the attachments associated with a ticket in one place.
API key: Insert your Freshservice API key
*Log in to your Freshservice account
*Click on your Profile Picture on the top right and select "Profile Settings"
*In the sidebar on the right, you will find the API Key
*Copy-paste this at the app settings page
