Detailr is a FreshService app that shows to an agent a lot more details about the ticket requester, directly in the ticket details page.
With Detailr, admins can easily choose which additional requester detail fields they want to show directly in the ticket details page for the agents.
Using Detailr, an agent won't need to jump across pages to have all the requester details she/he needs.
This will let an agent to increase productivity and save the time spent in navigating back and forth through the ticket details page and the contact details page.
It supports every default field plus custom fields and every info available for the contact, simply select them at the moment of installation or edit the configuration later in the admin section.
Just select which fields you want to display in the app during installation or edit them through the configuration in the admin section.
