To set up a new integration between Domotz and Freshservice is super simple 3-steps.
Starts from within Domotz App or WebApp and then:
1. Click on "Shared Alerts and Ticketing Systems" in the side navigation bar
2. Click on the Freshservice "Connect Account" button
3. Fill the Freshservice details (Freshservice URL and a valid user API Key) and Save
Once the connection between Domotz and Freshservice is done, you can use the new Contact Channel for configuring Shared Alert profiles, and start getting your Domotz Alerts directly in Freshservice.
