Freshservice will hide the ticket description content and shows the "View More" option if the ticket description length is more than the default viewing limit. At the time agents need to click the "View More" option to view the entire description. Using this app agents will see the entire description content without clicking the” View More” option.
App Installation:
1. Log in to your Freshservice account as an administrator.
2. Navigate to Admin→Settings → Apps → Get More Apps.
3. Search for the Expand Ticket Description app and click Install.
