First, get the SIGNL4 app from https://www.signl4.com. Then, from the Admin settings in your Freshservice portal, access the Support Channel tile. Click on Email and then click Add Bcc where you then enter your SIGNL4 team email address (<team-secret>@mail.signl4.com) here. Once that is in place you will then receive alerts to your SIGNL4 team each time a ticket in Freshservice is created.
