The FullContact Connector app seamlessly integrates Freshchat/CSS and FullContact, enhancing data enrichment and operational efficiency.

With the data sync feature, you can do the following:
Data enrichment from FullContact to Freshchat/CSS:
1. Enhance contact profiles in Freshchat/CSS with detailed information from FullContact.
2. Run automation on Freshchat conversations using enriched contact data.
1. Install the App:
- Go to Admin → Marketplace Apps and search for ‘FullContact Connector App’.
- Click on Install and connect your account.
2. Connect Freshchat:
- Enter your Freshchat & CRM domain and API keys from Admin -> API settings
- Select the agents who will have access to the FullContact configuration.
- Click 'Install'. Once the app installation is complete, navigate to the full-page app on the left navigation bar.
