The Google Calendar app for Freshdesk allows agents to create, edit, and view calendar events from within Freshdesk, helping them stay organized and on top of tasks. Each agent can connect their Google Calendar account, giving them visibility and control over events linked to specific tickets. Events are private to the user’s calendar unless multiple agents connect to the same calendar, enabling them to see ticket-specific events.
To install the app:
After clicking Install, choose the Freshdesk account to which you want to link your calendar and complete the sign-in process.
Open a ticket to view the Google widget on the right. You can add, edit, and remove events from here.
