Follow these quick steps to integrate and configure the app:
1. Start installation:
- Log in to your Freshservice account and go to Marketplace Apps.
- Search and select the Hide or Disable Fields based on User Roles app using the Search apps option.
- Click Install to open the Configuration page.
2. Configure Freshservice-OAuth parameters:
- On the Configuration page, the Freshworks Organization domain and Configuration Name fields are auto-populated.
- Click Next, and then select the Freshworks account you want to integrate.
- Click Agree to authorize the mandatory permissions for the app.
3. Hide or disable the required fields:
- Navigate to the Ticket or Change Pages tab.
- Select the fields you want to hide or disable.
- Configure visibility rules based on user roles or apply them globally.
4. Complete installation:
Review your configuration and click Install to finish the setup.
