The Hubspot Connector app seamlessly integrates Freshdesk and Hubspot, enhancing data flow and operational efficiency.

With the data sync feature, you can do the following:
Data sync from Hubspot to Freshdesk:
1. Generate reports on Freshdesk based on Hubspot data.
2. Run automation on Freshdesk tickets using Hubspot information.
Data sync from Freshdesk to Hubspot:
1. Keep the sales team in sync with data from Freshdesk
2. Run reports on Hubspot using data from Freshdesk tickets.
1. Install the App:
- Go to Admin -> Apps in Freshdesk and search for ‘Hubspot Connector App’.
- Click on Install and connect your Freshdesk account.
2. Connect Freshdesk:
Note: You need to have Account admin access on Freshdesk to install the app
- Enter your Freshdesk domain (format: `yourcompany.freshdesk.com`).
- Enter an admin Freshdesk API key:
- Find it under Profile Settings > View API key.
- Complete captcha verification to retrieve the key.
- Select the agents who will have access to the Hubspot configuration
- Click 'Install' to complete the setup.
