You can now add Viber to your channels of interaction with customers. Key features include :
- Conversations from Viber as a channel will show in your agent interface for interaction with customers
- Fully branded experience as your logo will appear on the Viber conversations
- Use text and images in conversations with customers.
- You will also know when the message did not go through, so you can find an alternative way to reach to customer
Here is what you need in order to set up and use the Freshchat app:
1. Infobip account. If you do not have one you can create one: https://www.infobip.com/signup?signup_source=FreshchatViber
2. API key to enable communication between Freshdesk and Infobip.
3. oAuth token from Freshworks.
4. Dedicated Viber sender. If you do not have one, you can request it here: https://portal.infobip.com/apps/viber/senders
