Here is what you need in order to set up and use the Freshchat app: 1. Infobip account. If you do not have one you can create one: https://www.infobip.com/signup?signup_source=FreshchatViber 2. API key to enable communication between Freshdesk and Infobip. 3. oAuth token from Freshworks. 4. Dedicated Viber sender.
