InMoment helps you drive customer lifetime value using Net Promoter Score (NPS), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and Customer Effort Score (CES) microsurveys. With InMoment, you can collect feedback at journey points in any channel (email, web, mobile, SMS, link, QR code) using established CX metrics.
The InMoment-Freshdesk integration uses a webhook to send Freshdesk data to InMoment and trigger a survey. Settings in InMoment help you ensure customers are not over-surveyed. For example, limit surveys based on the number of emails sent, responses given, or other sampling parameters.
