
I've had a very positive experience with this app, even though it had a rocky start. The support team was really helpful via email, and thanks to them, I was able to build powerful automation flows that now play a big role in supporting our Service Desk.
Here’s what I’ve built:
A flow that automatically creates tickets for non-compliant computers and mobile devices.
Using the “Asset category and Event Based Triggers” in IT workspace, I created flows that detect when a device's compliance status changes to non-compliant. This automatically generates a ticket in Freshservice via API, including all necessary details for our Service Desk to resolve the issue.
When the device becomes compliant again (for example, after the next Intune sync or once the issue is resolved), the ticket is automatically closed — no manual steps needed from the Service Desk.
This automation has saved us a lot of time and significantly improved the quality of our processes.
