You can either fill in your details manually or use your Google/Microsoft account for a quicker setup. If you’re an existing user, click on “Log in here” and enter your credentials. 3. To configure your Freshservice Account with Konnectify, follow these steps:Click on “+ New”, then select “New Account.” Choose an app and fill in the required details. Validate your information and save the account. 4. To create a new workflow, click on “New Konnector”:Give your Konnector a name. From the dropdown menus, select your app and account. Choose your trigger from the provided list. For example, you could select “When a service request is created”. Next, select your desired action. This could involve selecting an App or a Konnector’s workflow from Konnectify. For instance, if the service request contains “employee onboarding”, you might want to trigger an action to the HRMS tool to create a new user. Save the settings for your Konnector. With these instructions, you can successfully set up and customize your Freshservice Account within Konnectify.
