This app integrates Freshworks AI Agents with your Magento store to provide direct control over e-commerce operations. It enables AI Agents to manage orders, customer accounts, and product inventory without leaving the Freshworks platform. This centralizes your store management, allowing for faster customer support and more efficient handling of routine e-commerce tasks.
Key Capabilities:
- Manage orders by retrieving details, updating their status, or processing cancellations and refunds.
- Create new customers or retrieve the details and order history of existing ones.
- Check the stock status for any product or remove products from your catalog.
Use Case Ideas:
- Inventory Check: A customer asks, "Is the blue t-shirt in stock?" The agent can check inventory levels in real time.
- Order Cancellation: A user wants to cancel an order they just placed. The agent can immediately process the cancellation in Magento.
Getting Started: You'll need your Magento store URL, the store's admin path, and an Access Token.
How to Configure an access token for Magento 2?
Prerequisites:
- Admin access to the Adobe Commerce (Magento) Admin.
- A dedicated integration user (recommended) with least-privilege access.
- HTTPS enabled on your site.
Steps:
1. Sign in to Admin
Go to System > Integrations.
Click Add New Integration.
2. Enter integration details
Name and Email: Provide a clear, descriptive name and a monitored email.
Callback URL (optional): Required if your app uses OAuth callback/handshake.
Identity Link URL (optional): Used to link the integration to a user identity page.
3. Grant API access
Open API tab.
Resource Access: Choose Custom and select only the resources your integration needs (least privilege). Select All only if strictly necessary.
4. Save the integration
Click Save.
5. Activate and authorize
In the Integrations list, find your new integration and click Activate.
Review requested permissions and click Allow.
