1. Register for a Swifteq account at https://agenthelper.swifteq.com/auth/mergedup
2. Authorize the app to securely access your Freshdesk account via the Application Programming Interface (API).
3. Customize and configure the merging criteria and filters based on your requirements.
4. Enable auto-merging. This will automatically create an automation in Freshdesk and your tickets are ready to merge.
