You can create your chatbot in MindBehind by selecting the actions without the knowledge of programming language. You can use the most respected A.I. providers for your chatbot. Once you create your chatbot, you can publish it across multiple messaging channels via Freshchat. Thanks to WhatsApp Business API by Freshchat, MindBehind helps you respond to and manage all conversations on WhatsApp with your chatbot.
Go to https://app.mindbehind.com and log in
Go to Companies section
Click Channel tab
Click Freshchat to add as a channel
Enter a name for the channel connection
Copy App ID from Account Settings in Freshchat and paste it
Copy API Tokens from API Token in Freshchat and paste it
Choose one of the Agent and click Save button
Add https://app.mindbehind.com/external/v1/incoming/freshchat to Webhooks
Go to you chatbot from Assistants tab in MindBehind
Click Publish at the top of the right side
Click Add Deployment button
Select your channel and assistant version
Click Publish button
And you can check your bot from where you put your Freshchat widget
