Here is the quick installation process. You will need administrative rights for Freshdesk Support.
1. Go to your Freshdesk Support account and copy the "Subdomain" link and "API Key". You can copy the link from the website URL and get the API key from your Freshdesk account settings.
2. Enter your Subdomain and API Key in the corresponding fields in your Onff Business console account and click "Integrate".
3. You will be able to select the users that you wish to integrate.
