This app allows you to get the orders information from Prestashop related to the customer who sends the ticket to Freshdesk. This way, you will not need to access to Prestashop to get these details, and thus speed up the query. In case a client does not exist, or does not have orders, the app will notify us of such cases. To use this app, you will only need to type your Prestashop URL and API Key in Freshdesk Apps section.
