Please follow to below steps:
1. Go to Freshworks marketplace
2. Please search Remote Retrieval application and install
3. Sign up on Remote Retrieval Enterprise account for free on the following link:
https://www.remoteretrieval.com/enterprise
4. Please copy the API key from the Remote Retrieval dashboard under enterprise features
5. Paste the API key in Remote Retrieval application
6. After the API key is successfully added, you can submit your IT equipment retrieval order.
