The Salesforce CRM app has two functions:
- Widget settings (Free): Set up a widget view with fields for Contact, Lead, Account, and Opportunity. When you are in the ticket details view, the app makes an API call using the requester’s e-mail address to fetch the matching customer fields and displays them in a widget.
- Data sync (Paid): Configure a sync recipe between Salesforce and Freshdesk, either mono-directional or bi-directional.
