1. Enter your Freshchat API Key. If your URL looks like https://yourcompany.myfreshworks.com, navigate to Admin Settings -> API Settings -> API details for chat -> Your API Key. If your URL looks like https://yourcompany.freshchat.com, navigate to Admin > CONFIGURE > API Tokens page and click the Generate Token button. 2. Enter your Freschat chat URL. If your URL looks like https://yourcompany.myfreshworks.com then go to Admin Settings -> API Settings -> API details for chat -> Your chat URL. Example: screendesk.freshchat.com/v2 then enter screendesk. If your URL looks like https://yourcompany.freshchat.com then enter yourcompany.
