With the Freshchat-Shiprocket integration, users can perform various actions from the Freshchat inbox without having to switch applications:
1. Search for recent orders in Shiprocket from Freshchat by entering the Order ID.
2. View all related order details, such as estimated delivery date, shipping address, and items ordered.
3. Track orders to view current shipment status and tracking ID.

Note:- The email should be different from the registered email in shiprocket.
How to install
1. Go to Settings from the left menu and navigate to the API menu within the ship rocket instance https://app.shiprocket.in/login.
2. Select Configure and click on Create an API User button.
3. Please enter a Valid Email ID that is different from the currently used registered email.
4. Enter a suitable password.
5. Enter the generated email address and password into the Shiprocket settings page in Freshworks CRM.
6. After that, click authenticate and Install the application.
