Add your Simplesat survey to Freshservice
- Create and build a new survey
- For the delivery option, choose External email embed, and then Freshservice
- Copy the survey code
- Paste the survey in the notification email (we recommend using the existing email that gets sent when tickets are solved)

Activating Freshservice integrations
