Softphone.Pro is a professional program phone (softphone) for call centers, sales teams, and help desks - simple interface, any action takes just 2 clicks; - call record and cloud upload (Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, others); - easy integration with CRM system and industry software; - online stats, analytics and numerous reports. Capabilities after integration with Freshdesk - displays company and caller's name at the time of call; - shows a customer card in the CRM after clicking on the client's name in the softphone. User roles Administrator has full access to all the functions, settings, and reports and can see the call log and manage agents and team supervisors. Supervisor has limited access and can see info about subordinated teams only. Agents have limited access into Team account and can see their personal stats (calls and time worked). Reports Reports show work quality in terms of key indicators. Any report is supplemented by a chart and call history. You can set filters and group data by time, for any parameter there are tips with proper description. Control Agent status is shown in real time.
