1. Install Squaretalk Phone from Freshworks Marketplace
2. Open Admin Settings > Marketplace Apps > Installed apps
3. Click on gear icon next to the Squaretalk Phone and choose install
4. Enter Freshworks API key and Squaretalk account URL and press save button
5. To update Squaretalk Phone click on gear icon next to the Squaretalk Phone and choose settings
6. To enable Squaretalk Phone open Admin Settings > Marketplace Apps > Installed apps and click enable button next to the Squaretalk Phone App
7. Go to users and put the number of the users extension in Work number field.
8. Ensure Squaretalk softphone is installed and configured
9. Open Squaretalk softphone on users PC.
10. Click on Squaretalk icon on Freshsales Suite
