- Generate Woocommerce Secret and Consumer Keys by following these steps: Step 1: Log in to your Wordpress and navigate to the WooCommerce section. Step 2: Click on the "Advanced" tab. Step 3: Click on the "REST API" link located under the "Advanced" tab. Step 4: Click on the "Add Key" button. Step 5: Enter a "Description" for the key (e.g. "Freshdesk integration") and select the "User" you would like to generate the key for. Step 6: Select the "Permissions" for the key and choose "Read/Write" access. Step 7: Click on the "Generate API Key" button. Step 9: Your Consumer Key and Secret Key will be displayed on the screen.
