To install the Zoho CRM app in Freshdesk Messaging, follow these steps:
1. Click on Install. You will be asked for Zoho CRM's data center.
2. Click on Continue to integrate Zoho CRM with Freshdesk Messaging. Again you will be asked for Zoho CRM’s data center and also asked to select the contact and lead fields to be displayed.
3. Hit Install.
