    Girish Mathrubootham

    Girish Mathrubootham is the Founder and Executive Chairman of Freshworks. Within 10 years, with backing from leading investors including Accel, Sequoia, Tiger Global Management, and CapitalG, Girish took Freshworks from an idea to a leading software company listed on Nasdaq (FRSH).

    Girish served as CEO from 2010 to 2024. Under his leadership, Freshworks expanded its operations to 13 global locations to serve over 67,000 customers worldwide. He is also a prominent venture capital investor and advisor to over 60 companies. Girish is a founding member of SaaSBoomi, Asia’s largest community of founders and product builders, and a founding partner of Together Fund, a founder-first VC. Additionally, Girish founded FC Madras, a football academy with aspirations to be India’s most progressive finishing school for meritorious football talent.

    Dennis Woodside

    Dennis Woodside is the CEO and President of Freshworks. He joined Freshworks as President in 2022. Dennis has spent more than two decades at innovative companies in Silicon Valley. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer of Dropbox and sales and strategy leadership roles at Google for more than 10 years, including CEO of Motorola Mobility after Google acquired the company. 

    Dennis serves on the board of the Boys & Girls Club of the Peninsula in California and previously served on the boards of the American Red Cross and ServiceNow. Dennis holds a B.S. in Industrial Relations from Cornell University and a J.D. from Stanford Law School.

    Tyler Sloat

    Tyler Sloat was named COO and CFO in 2024 after joining the company as CFO in 2020. He oversees, accounting, finance, IT, workplace, corporate strategy, revenue operations and revenue enablement teams. Tyler is a seasoned cloud finance leader and board member who has played a pivotal role in several successful IPOs and acquisitions. Previously, he was CFO at Zuora, and has held executive finance roles with technology leaders including NetApp and Siebel Systems. Tyler has served on the boards of Oanda, Compass, and other companies, and currently invests in and advises a variety of private companies. He holds an MBA from Stanford and is a CPA in the state of California.

    Abe Smith

    Abe Smith joined Freshworks in February 2024. He is a seasoned technology executive recognized for building high growth sales teams globally, at leading Silicon Valley cloud companies. He was most recently the Head of International at Zoom where he scaled the  sales organization globally across EMEA, JAPAC and LATAM. Before that, he was President of EMIA (Europe, ME, India, Africa) at Cision, Group VP of Oracle GSU (Oracle Global Sales Unit - Marketing Cloud), and held multiple sales roles at Cisco WebEx for 8 years.

    Johanna Jackman

    Johanna Jackman (JJ), chief people officer, is responsible for the company’s global human resources strategy and operations, which oversees HR business partnerships, talent acquisition and employee development, facilities, compensation and benefits, corporate social responsibility programs, and diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy. Prior to joining Freshworks, JJ held several executive positions at prominent technology companies, including CPO at Airtable, CHRO at Pure Storage, and VP of HR at LinkedIn. She serves on the board of directors for Grafana Labs, and holds a Bachelor of Business degree from the Queensland University of Technology, Australia.

    Pam Sergeeff

    Pam Sergeeff is the chief legal officer and general counsel for Freshworks, where she leads the company’s worldwide legal organization, responsible for corporate legal strategy, governance, data protection, privacy, and compliance. Pam was most recently executive VP, general counsel, and chief compliance officer at TiVo. Before that, she was executive VP and general counsel at Rovi Corporation (which acquired TiVo in 2016) and previously held other senior legal roles at Macrovision and Veritas Software. Pam holds a B.A. in economics from UCLA and a J.D. from UC Berkeley School of Law.

    Shafiq Amarsi

    As senior VP GTM strategy and operations starting in February 2023, Shafiq Amarsi oversees sales and marketing operations, strategy and program management, sales enablement, and IT. Shafiq previously spent eight years at Amazon Web Services, where he built the worldwide sales strategy, operations, and enablement teams. Prior to AWS, Shafiq spent 16 years at Microsoft, where he eventually led Microsoft’s global sales and solutions strategy. He holds a B.S. in engineering from the University of Waterloo, Canada.

    Roxanne S. Austin is the President and CEO of Austin Investment Advisors, a private investment and consulting firm. Until 2023, Roxanne chaired the U.S. Mid-Market Investment Advisors Committee of EQT Partners, an investment organization. Roxanne has also served as the President and CEO of Move Networks, Inc., President and CEO of DIRECTV, Inc., EVP and CFO of Hughes Electronics Corporation, and partner at Deloitte & Touche LLP. Currently, she serves on the boards of directors of Verizon Communications, CrowdStrike, and AbbVie.     Mika Yamamoto joined Freshworks in November 2023 as chief customer and marketing officer. Mika’s global experience leading diverse teams has focused on transforming organizations to scale growth. She joins us from F5, where she was executive VP and chief customer engagement and marketing officer. Prior to joining F5, she served as global president of Marketo, becoming SVP and general manager of Marketo at Adobe after it was acquired. Mika previously served as chief digital marketing officer and CMO of SMB for SAP. In addition, she has held senior leadership roles at Amazon Books, Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Stores, Gartner, and Accenture. She holds a B.A. in commerce with a focus on economics and marketing from Queen’s University in Canada and serves on the boards of BlackLine, the Rainier Valley Food Bank, and the United Way of King County.

    Murali Swaminathan

    Murali Swaminathan joined Freshworks as Chief Technology Officer in September 2024. Swaminathan is responsible for Freshworks’ technology roadmap and strategy, leading the company’s global engineering and architecture teams. With over 30 years of experience in software engineering, he has held leadership roles at ServiceNow, Recommind (now OpenText), and CA Technologies (now Broadcom), where he delivered scalable, secure solutions that enabled digital transformation and business agility. Murali holds a master’s degree in Software Engineering Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a bachelor’s degree in electronics and instrumentation from Annamalai University in India.

    Srini Raghavan joined Freshworks as Chief Product Officer in 2024 with nearly 20 years of experience in the enterprise software industry, leading teams to scale groundbreaking new products in enterprise SaaS. Prior to Freshworks, he was chief product officer at RingCentral, senior vice president of product management for AI, automation and digital product portfolio at Five9 and director of product management at Cisco.     Ian Tickle is the Chief of Global Field Operations at Freshworks, where he is responsible for leading worldwide field sales and driving the company’s mid-market and enterprise new business growth.

    Tickle joined Freshworks in 2024 as Senior Vice President and General Manager of International Sales. Prior to Freshworks, he was President and Chief Revenue Officer at Domo and Vice President EMEA, SaaS Solutions, at Oracle. Tickle has also held leadership roles at SaaS companies Matillion, Adobe, and Tripwire. Throughout his career, Tickle has consistently demonstrated expertise in scaling international operations, fostering significant revenue growth in highly competitive markets, and guiding organizations through critical transformation initiatives across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
