When and to whom will Journeys be available?

Journeys will be available starting 30th June 2025 for all new Freshservice customers on Pro and Enterprise plans, where the account was created on or after that date. For existing customers (Sign-up date before 30th June 2025), Journeys will be rolled out around September 2025.

Depending on your organizational setup, Journeys can be configured and managed by IT or directly by the relevant business teams.

Can business (non-IT) teams create and manage Journeys?

Yes. Journeys provides a no-code, user-friendly interface that empowers business teams—such as HR or Finance—to independently design, manage, and update workflows without relying on IT support.

Does Journeys offer flexibility to tailor workflows to my organization’s needs?
